CHILDHOOD/Youth IMMUNIZATION CLINIC – Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00am and 1:00-3:00pm. All regular childhood and back-to-school immunizations. Insurance and Medicaid are accepted. Appointments are encouraged, but not necessary, call (304) 234-3682.
