Service Payment Options

All types of payment options are available.  Insurance including Medicare and Medicaid is accepted.  Rates for immunizations vary and are subject to change.  The health department also provides additional options for qualifying individuals without insurance or the inability to pay.

CASH, CHECK, MAJOR CREDIT CARDS
For your convenience the health department accepts payment with cash, check, or credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

INSURANCE
If you have insurance, our staff will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We can also file a claim and and handle insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, we now offer online payment options including credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Please ensure all applicable fields are filled in and that the proper program area is selected under payment method (Clinical, Environmental). Applicable fees will apply on credit transactions.
