The Wheeling-Ohio County Board of Health, during the November 15, 2016 Board of Health meeting, approved a proposed a Tanning Bed Regulation. There will be a thirty (30) day comment period beginning November 26, 2016. Comments must be in writing and either mailed to:

or submitted by e-mail to [email protected].  No comments will be received by telephone or orally in person. Copies of the proposed Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department Tanning Bed Regulation can be obtained at the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm and also on the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department website at www.ohiocountyhealth.com.
