Special City of Wheeling Spring Cleanup Dates 2022

In addition to the cleanup being conducted by the Ohio County Solid Waste Authority on Tuesday, May 10, the City of Wheeling will hold spring cleanups:
- Wheeling Island, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 30;
- Fulton and North Wheeling, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 7.
The City of Wheeling will provide dumpsters during the neighborhood cleanup events at the following locations: Wheeling Island at Belle Isle; North Wheeling at the bottom of Fifth Street, across from Providence Green Apartments; and Fulton at the former Wheeling Dog Pound site on the Peninsula.
Trash Bags will be provided. Limited assistance for trash removal is available for elderly or disabled persons. To make arrangements, please call the Sanitation Department at (304) 234-3707.
