• Save a Life Day 2023 is schedule for September 14th from Noon-4pm on 18th Street in East Wheeling (near Catholic Charities Neighborhood Center). Free event, free Narcan Distribution.  Event is a drive-through set up and will provide training on how to use Narcan, 2 doses of Narcan, and resource information.  NO ID REQUIRED.
