The Wheeling-Ohio County Board of Health is accepting proposals for the acquisition of the Project HOPE Program from the county health department.  All interested parties can submit a proposal (copy of proposal application available at the health department and attached to this announcement) to the Wheeling-Ohio County Board of Health by April 1, 2025.

The Project HOPE Program (Homeless Outreach Partnership Effort) is a collaboration of medical, nursing, social work, pastoral care and other health care professionals who serve together on the street and in homeless shelters in Wheeling. The program provides basic medical care, food, water, clothing, follow-up appointments and information on agencies and services.
